The advantage of our Service Contract is that you do not need to worry about materials, where to purchase them or how to service your equipment if there is a problem. It also includes the ability to get advice online especially if the fault is not with the 3D printer but is in the setting up of the programme or the data used in the creation of the model. This gives you peace of mind so that you will know the workings and the confidence of the performance of your equipment. Especially if you or your company does not have the in-house IT experience.
The cost of ownership includes 1kg of material per month for 12 months and unlimited service response by hotline and email using our ticketing system. It gives you the ability to, with confidence, learn how to 3D print, to teach others and get excellent results.
To summarise, in addition to the 3D printer, our service contract includes the running cost of the 3D printer, the service required to ensure you achieve your desired results and create your end 3D product.
It is charged on a monthly basis, quarterly in advance and lasts for a duration where we will guarantee the 3D printer for up to 3 or 5 years. The charge is fully tax deductible and therefore is totally tax efficient.
